Google Voice is launched in US

Google Voice is a telephone communication system from google which lets the user to select a phone number of his chioce and rings his actual telephones such as desktop phones,cell phones whenever the number gets called. It also translates voice mail into text message and sends it to the inbox. Users can make phone calls from web based voice console.

redsn0w jailbreaks iOS4 on iPhone 3G,iPod Touch

iPhone Dev team has released a new beta version of redsn0w software to jailbreak iOS4 in iPhone 3G and iTouch 2nd generation devices. The Dev team could do it within hours of releasing the iOS4 update for iPhone 3G and iTouch. The new version of redsn0w (version 0.9.5) is available for both Mac and Windows.

Experience with Opera 10.53 web browser

It is very long since I switched to Firefox and Google Chrome. But yesterday I wanted to see what is new with my earlier browser and so installed Opera 10.53 browser. It is pretty awesome. Any web page loads really fast and to my experience it is faster than Google Chrome. Even the Google sites such as gmail, adsense,orkut seem to load very fast.
                    It has option to switch between Mobile and web theme for blogs which have mobile themes installed.

Unlocking softwares for iPhone 3G

iPhone Dev Team has released a new version of jailbraking software redsn0w which would support 3G. This is after the weekend that George Hotz has presented the first jailbraking software purplera1n for iPhone 3G. redsn0w is the second jailbraking software for iPhone supports Windows, Mac and Linux. The new tool would remove the factory restrictions on the Apple smart phones and allows the installation of a software which is not officially released by Apple.
